Team Programme

Online Olympic weightlifting programme · Team

Proven programming. Train with the team.

For lifters who want a structured Olympic weightlifting programme to follow, without one-to-one coaching. The same CSR approach I use with my athletes, released every week in TrainHeroic.

5 sessions a week · New week released every Sunday · Written by Mike Causer, former Team GB lifter
What's included

A full week of training, every week.

5 sessions a week

Snatch, clean & jerk, squats and the strength work that supports them, planned across the week.

Released every Sunday

The coming week's sessions go live in TrainHeroic, so you can plan your training around the rest of your life.

Structured blocks

Programming runs in rotations of about four weeks, so each block builds on the last instead of starting from scratch.

Email support

Training notes and guidance by email, so you know what each block is for and how to get the most from it.

Questions

How is this different from One-to-One?

The Team Programme is a proven programme to follow, with lighter touch points by email. One-to-One adds a plan written around you, video feedback on your lifts and direct WhatsApp access to me.

How do I get my sessions?

Through the TrainHeroic app. Each Sunday the next week's sessions are released.

What equipment do I need?

A barbell, bumper plates, a squat rack and somewhere you can drop the bar. A commercial gym is fine.

Can I move to One-to-One later?

Yes. You can move to One-to-One whenever you want more contact. Message me on WhatsApp when you're ready.
