Level 2 - Learn to Train

Training Camps, these are coached lead sessions for athletes that are looking to train with fellow athletes, learning how to improve strength, technique and training strategies to make better progress in the sport safely. 

Level 3 - Training Squads

Squad Training sessions, these sessions are based around preparation for competition.
